The recognition campaign consisted of three campaign trends to increase employee recognition and engagement. Each trend highlighted a positive contribution of the employee, recognizing them through a personal communication of thanks, congratulations, or applauding a great job.

The communication is to be used globally, thus incorporating the many languages of the countries conducting Ansell's business. Deliverables include a banner, an email template, and a communication provided to managers explaining the initiative and helpful tips to utilizing the available resources.
