New Hire Onboarding

This project involved myself and the Global Human Resources department, aiming to communicate the active roles and responsibilities of employees when on-boarding a new hire to the organization. This "passport" was designed specifically for 3 audiences: the New Hire, the Manager of the New Hire, and an Ambassador, who participates as the "personal guide," ensuring the the on-boarding process is as smooth as possible.

An infographic and picturesque approach was used to clearly define which parties are involved at what time and what actions should be made during each step.
